This Privacy Policy explains how Starworthy (“Starworthy,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit starworthy.co, subscribe to our service, or receive a text message sent through Starworthy on behalf of a business you visited. Starworthy is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Aiden Benham in Bradenton, Florida, USA.

Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We receive limited details from Stripe, such as your name, email, phone number, subscription status and the last four digits of your card.
Website information
Our website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when your browser requests them.
3. How we use information
- To set up and provide the service, including sending review-request texts and missed-call text-backs on our clients’ behalf.
- To register client businesses with mobile carriers for texting.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions and send receipts and account notices.
- To honor opt-outs and respond to HELP requests and support questions.
- To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use end customers’ information to market our own or anyone else’s products.
4. Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
The only exception is our service providers (such as our SMS provider, Twilio) that process this information solely to deliver text messages and operate the service on our behalf. They are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. All other categories of information in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for details.
5. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run Starworthy, and only as needed to provide the service:
- Stripe: payment processing and subscription billing.
- Twilio: sending and receiving text messages and carrier registration.
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and email routing.
- Other tools we use to operate the business (such as email and secure storage), under similar confidentiality obligations.
End customers’ information is shared back with the client business it came from (for example, delivery and opt-out status). We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business, subject to this policy.
6. Our role for client data
When we process end customers’ information, we act as a service provider to the client business. The client business decides whom to text and is responsible for having its customers’ consent. If you are an end customer and want your information corrected or deleted, you can contact the business you visited or email us at [email protected], and we will help.
7. How long we keep information
- End customer contact and message records: kept while the client’s subscription is active and deleted or anonymized within 90 days after it ends, unless a client asks us to delete them sooner.
- Opt-out (STOP) records: kept as long as needed to make sure we never text that number again on that client’s behalf.
- Billing and tax records: kept as long as required by law (generally up to 7 years).
8. Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and two-factor authentication on our accounts to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected parties of a breach as required by law.
9. Your choices and rights
- Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your request.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. We will honor them as required.
10. Children
Starworthy is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Where we operate
Starworthy is based in Florida, USA, and the service is intended for businesses in the United States. Information is stored and processed in the United States.
12. Disputes
Any dispute relating to this Privacy Policy or our handling of information is governed by the Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration section of our Terms of Service, which includes a class action waiver.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If the changes are significant, we will notify clients by email.
