Questions
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are live in about a week. After checkout you fill out a short form (your Google review link, booking tool and business phone), and we do the rest. Most of the wait is the carriers approving your business for texting, which every business sending texts is required to do.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month to month and you can cancel anytime.
Which booking tools do you work with?
Vagaro, Mindbody, Boulevard, GlossGenius and Square Appointments. Using something else? Ask us. Most tools can export appointments, and we can work from a simple daily upload.
Is texting customers legal? What about opt-outs?
Yes, when it's done right. We only text customers who booked with you and gave you their number, we send one review request per visit, your business is registered with the carriers, and every message includes "Reply STOP to opt out." Opt-outs are honored automatically.
What if I don't have a booking system?
No problem. You can send us a quick list of the day's customers, or we'll give you a QR code sign for your front desk that takes customers straight to your review page.
What does Missed-Call Text-Back do?
When you can't pick up, the caller automatically gets a text from your business (for example, "Sorry we missed you! How can we help?") so you can follow up instead of losing them to the next business on Google.
